Ticket notification?

How long before a match does the ticket office inform members if they were successful in the ballot?
I've gone for two to the Sunderland game and was wondering when I should expect to hear?

ticket trader will be "working" for sunderland so they'll be thousands available

i suggest you check your nominated bank account they debit as soon as - also check your emails ....
